We welcome parent participation in the program activities we provide for the children.
If you love to cook, enjoy spending time in the garden, play an instrument or speak a foreign language we would like to know. If you could please spare a little of your time to share with the children in your specialty area the children and staff would really love to see you in the play rooms.
We have an open door policy …… we welcome parents to visit the Centre at any time during the day.
O Our service can be accessed at any time for parental inspection
P Please come and see how we will assist your child to grow and develop
E Entry by you any time shows that we are happy for you to see our practices at any time of the day
N Never leave your child in a service unless you feel 100% confident in their ability to care for your child
D Don’t hesitate to ask us any questions about your child, their development or anything about the centre
O Our centre is proud of the quality of care we provide for all children and the support we offer parents
O Our educators are qualified, trained, experienced and talented

We also offer additional parenting assistance in the form of booklets, DVD’s and books which we are happy to loan parents. Please feel free to ask the staff in your child’s play room if you would like access to any further information or resources on parenting.
Parent workshops are run regularly throughout the year. Please check the Newsletter to see what’s coming up. We also welcome parent’s suggestions for workshop topics.
We hold family meetings twice a year where management and parents get together for an open forum to chat, give feedback on the Centre’s operations and exchange ideas for improvements for families.
We know how busy parents can be which is why we have several ways in which parents can commincate with us:
